As a young IT couple working in Chennai, we wanted a modern apartment with good facilities. Nebula Chennai Aavas offequite a few amenities like a swimming pool, gymnasium, and landscaping. We are considering the 2 BHK, which is 786 square feet, priced at 35.12 Lakh. The location opposite Mahindra World City on GST Main Road is convenient for our work commute, with NH 45 also accessible. The project is under construction by Nebula Aavaas, with a December 2025 completion date. We liked the Multipurpose Room and the Children's Play Area for future needs. The overall budget range of 24.19 Lakh to 35.12 Lakh is reasonable for the amenities offered. One thing that stood out was the lack of immediate OC received information, which makes us a bit cautious, but the builder seems reputable. The nearby metro station is a good sign for future travel.

The location is convenient, right opposite the Mahindra World City entrance on GST Main Road. I booked a 1 BHK which has a builtup area of 566 square feet. The price was around 24.19 Lakh, which fit my budget. They have a gymnasium and a yoga/meditation area which I will definitely use. The project is still under construction, expected completion is December 2025. I am a little concerned about the traffic on GST road during peak hou, but hopefully, the metro connectivity at Chengalpattu, which is nearby, will help. Overall, the amenities seem good for a starting point.

This is my fit time buying a home, and I chose Nebula Chennai Aavas. I liked the 2 BHK apartment, which has a builtup area of 786 square feet. The price was 35.12 Lakh. The location is decent, close to Mahindra World School (1.9 km) and Jeevan Sumyuktha Hospitals (2.3 km). They mentioned a children's play area and a swimming pool, which will be great when I have a family. The developer, Nebula Aavaas, is building this project, and it's under construction, with completion expected in December 2025. My main worry is the access road, which seems a bit narrow leading to the main GST road. I hope it doesn't become a problem for daily commuting. The budget was manageable with a bank loan, so that was a relief for a fit-time buyer.

I was looking for a reasonably priced apartment in Chennai and found Nebula Chennai Aavas. Singaperumal Koil is developing well. I bought a 1 BHK with a builtup area of 566 square feet for 24.19 Lakh. The project is under construction and scheduled for completion in December 2025. It's located right on GST Main Road, opposite the Mahindra World City entrance, which is good for connectivity. They are providing 24x7 security and car parking, which are essential. The price point is attractive for a government employee like me. I did notice some dust from the ongoing construction, which is expected at this stage. Other than that, the nearby amenities like the hospital and school are a plus. The Volleyball and Badminton courts are also a nice touch.

I looked at the 1.5 BHK configuration, although the specific builtup area wasn't listed, the general range is 566 to 786 square feet. The price for a 2 BHK is around 35.12 Lakh. The location on GST Main Road is excellent for commuting, being opposite Mahindra World City. I checked out the gym and the jogging track, which are good facilities for staying active. The project is under construction and expected to be ready by December 2025. My only minor concern is that the parking area looks a bit compact from the plans. I hope it's sufficient. The Wi-Fi availability is also a great convenience.
