The location in Singaperumal Koil is convenient; it’s close to the highway which helps with our commutes. We’ve been here a couple of months and the kids enjoy the open spaces. The price was a little higher than we initially planned, but it’s a good investment for our future. Ats Estates Buildeseems reliable. One small thing is that the approach road can get a bit dusty during dry weather, but it's manageable.
