I've booked a 2 BHK which is about 1070 square feet. The developer, Nawaz Builde, seems to have a decent track record. The location near Picnic Garden isn't too far from essential places like Don Bosco School, which is nearby. The apartment itself has a good layout, I think. My only worry is the long wait until November 2030 for possession. I hope the construction quality is as good as they say.
