The price range of 79 Lakh to 1.09 Crore is manageable for us, especially considering the amenities like the gymnasium and clubhouse. We are happy that Kiwale Realty LLP P is including rainwater harvesting and water conservation measures. The only downside is that the dust from ongoing construction is noticeable, which is expected at this stage. We are eagerly awaiting the December 2029 completion.
