As teache, we wanted a comfortable and well-equipped home after yeaof renting. The Navyam project offe2 BHK apartments with built-up areas around 753-773 square feet, which is a good upgrade. The price range of 79 Lakh to 1.09 Crore is manageable for us, especially considering the amenities like the gymnasium and clubhouse. We are happy that Kiwale Realty LLP P is including rainwater harvesting and water conservation measures. The only downside is that the dust from ongoing construction is noticeable, which is expected at this stage. We are eagerly awaiting the December 2029 completion.

The inclusion of solar energy as part of the electrification is a forward-thinking aspect. However, the completion date of December 2029 for an under-construction project is quite far out. I would have preferred a slightly earlier possession. Also, the lack of information on OC received is a point to consider for buyeconcerned about immediate occupancy.
