The developer, Navya Develope, has provided essential amenities like a sewage treatment plant and water conservation facilities, which are good for a growing family. The plot sizes are generous, starting from 147 square yards. It is ready to move, which suited our timeline. The price for our plot was in the middle of the range, around 1.2 Crore. While the location is good for schools, the distance to Miyapur Metro Station is quite far, over 16 kilomete, making public transport connections a challenge if you need to travel to the city center frequently.
