We needed something ready to move for my parents in Bengaluru and Navami seemed like a good option. The location in RMV Extension is close to V S Public School and Aster CMI Hospital, which is very convenient for them. We booked a 1096 sq.ft 2 BHK. Bhat Bhai Builder And Developeassured us about the construction quality. While it's ready to move, the prices are definitely on the higher side, starting from 91.52 Lakh. The area is developing, so hopefully the appreciation is good. Getting the OC was a bit of a wait though, and it's still not officially available. Power backup is a plus, which is important for older people.

We chose Navami primarily because of its proximity to V S Public School, which is right at nearby distance. My kids can walk to school. It's also close to Aster CMI Hospital. We purchased a 1390 sq.ft 2 BHK flat. The built-up area is good for our family. The project is ready to move, which was a huge relief. Bhat Bhai Builder And Developecompleted it by February 2024. The only drawback we’ve noticed is the dust from ongoing construction in nearby plots, but we expect that to settle down. The price for our flat was around 1.1 Crore. Power backup is essential for us, and they have that.
