This is my fit home purchase and I chose Arge Urban Bloom. I bought a 3 BHK which is around 1322 square feet. The location near Taj Vivanta on Magadi Road is quite accessible. I checked out the club house and the swimming pool. The developer, Arge Realty, seems to have put in good amenities. The price for my unit was about 2.24 Crore. One thing that concerned me slightly was the traffic on the Outer Ring Road during peak hou, it can get quite heavy. But being near the Peenya Metro Station, just over a kilometer away, is a huge plus. Construction quality looks solid. I am hopeful this will be a good investment for the future.
