The built-up area for the 3 BHKs ranges from 1300 to 1510 square feet, giving us enough space. We chose a unit around 1350 square feet. The price was around 85 Lakhs, which was manageable for us. The developer, Panchakshri, has a decent track record. The apartment has good natural light. We appreciate the amenities like the swimming pool and the children's play area. However, the parking arrangement is closed car parking, which is fine, but sometimes finding a spot can feel a bit tight if you have guests. The construction quality looks solid, and it's ready to move in.
