    This is my fit flat purchase and I chose SLV Hm Signature in HBR Layout. I bought a 3 BHK which is about 1475 sq.ft. It felt like a good size for a fit home. The project was completed in 2013, so it’s an older building, but it felt well-maintained when I visited. I liked that they have a swimming pool and also indoor games which are good for family. The price range of 40.37 Lakh to 71.76 Lakh seemed reasonable for the area. Parking is available. I am a bit concerned about the OC not being available, but the agent assured me it was not an issue for older properties. I am hoping for a smooth transition into my new home.

    We just moved into our 2 BHK here at SLV Hm Signature. It is ready to move which was perfect for us. The built up area is around 1170 sq.ft which feels quite spacious for the price. We liked the location as it is close to the Outer Ring Road and also Aster CMI Hospital is not too far. The gym is decent and the jogging track is a nice touch for evening walks. My only small worry is about the traffic noise sometimes, especially during peak hou, but we are getting used to it. The price was within our budget which was a big relief. Overall, it's a good place for a young couple starting out.
