As a government employee, I look for stability and value. Nature Anandi, being ready to move, offered that. I purchased a 2.5 BHK which has a built-up area of around 1048 square feet. The location near APPA Junction on the Outer Ring Road is excellent for connectivity. The project has essential amenities like 24x7 security and a fire fighting system, which are important for safety. The landscaping and tree planting add a nice touch to the environment. Nature Residences Development has provided a decent living space. The price was within the expected range for this area.

Nature Anandi has good amenities like a swimming pool and gym which we use regularly. The landscaping is also well-maintained. My only small complaint is that the road leading to the project can get quite dusty during dry weather. The built-up area for our 3 BHK is around 1300 square feet, which feels spacious enough for the family. Nature Residences Development seems to have delivered a solid property overall.
