We were looking to upgrade from our rental flat and found Narmada Vihar 6. We decided on a plot around 2037 Sq.ft. The price was around 30 Lakh, which fit our savings and loan eligibility. Future Homes Infra is building this project, and it's expected to be ready by December 2028. The amenities listed, like the children's play area and landscaping, are important for us. It's also nice that there's a senior citizen siteout planned. The proximity to School Of Schola, nearby, is a big plus for our children's education. The main concern is the overall price point for plots, which felt a little high compared to other options we saw.

The location near CRPF Camp (1 km) and Lata Mangeshkar Hospital (1 km) is very convenient. However, the distance to School Of Scholaat nearby means we'll need to arrange transport for the kids, and the construction status means the area is still dusty and a bit chaotic.
