We just booked our fit apartment at Narmada Residency. It's a 2 BHK and the carpet area is around 670 Sq.ft, which feels pretty good for a starting home. We liked that it's under construction as we can plan our finances better. The location on Hingna Road, Wanadongri is quite convenient, close to the Outer Ring Road. Anil Radheshyam Sharma seems to be a reputable developer. I am a bit worried about the completion date being so far out in December 2031, but hopefully, it will be worth the wait. We haven't seen any other projects that offer this size at potentially a good value.
