We purchased a 3 BHK in Narayan Essenza last month. The built-up area of 1331 sq.ft is quite generous for a family of four. Location in Bhayli, near Bright School, is very convenient for us. The pricing felt competitive given the area and amenities offered, which were in the range of 39.09 Lakh to 55.48 Lakh. It is ready to move, which was a huge plus. The only slight issue we found was the traffic on Vasana-Bhayli Road during peak hou, but that's common for most developing areas. Overall, Narayan Realty seems to have built a solid property here. The Vastu compliance was also a factor for us.

Moving into Narayan Essenza was a good decision for our children. Bright Day School is literally nearby, which saves so much time in the mornings. We got a 2 BHK with a built-up area of 1057 sq.ft. The apartment is spacious enough and gets good natural light. The swimming pool and gymnasium are well-maintained and the kids love spending time at the playground. It's been ready to move since 2012, so the construction is quite settled. The only downside is the parking can feel a bit congested if you have guests over with caBut for daily convenience and safety, it's excellent. We are happy with the decision.

I recently bought a 3 BHK in Narayan Essenza. The apartment size is around 1500 sq.ft, which is ample space. Being close to BAPS Shastriji Maharaj Hospital is a definite advantage for any family. The project is ready to move, which meant no waiting period. The price point was within my budget, considering the location in Bhayli. Narayan Realty has provided decent amenities like a multipurpose room and good landscaping. However, I did notice some dust on the exterior surfaces, possibly from ongoing construction in nearby plots, but it's not inside the apartment. The built-up area is good value for the money.

The location off Vasana-Bhayli Road is good, though the internal roads could be a bit better maintained. It’s ready to move, which simplified our transition. The price was around 55 Lakh for the larger unit, which was slightly more than we initially planned but manageable. The gymnasium and swimming pool are definite perks.
