We were looking for a family home in Nagpur and Nanik Pooja caught our eye. The main reason we chose this project was its proximity to Somalwar High School & Junior College, which is nearby. This saves us so much time in the morning. Since it is ready to move, we could shift in right after finalizing the deal. The Nanik Group is a developer we had heard good things about. The apartment layout is practical for our family of four. However, the parking space is quite limited. If you have more than one vehicle, it becomes a challenge. We are still figuring out the best way to manage it. Other than that, it's a comfortable living space.

After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down in Nagpur. Nanik Pooja seemed like a good option. The area is relatively calm compared to the city center. Being ready to move meant I could settle in without waiting. I appreciate that the Nanik Group is a known entity. The proximity to Orange City Hospital & Research Institute is also reassuring given my age. The rooms are adequately sized, though perhaps a little smaller than I expected. I checked out Nanik Pooja after hearing good things about Nanik Group's past deliveries. Being ready to move was a big plus for me. I needed something quickly for my extended family visiting from out of town. The location in Khamla, Somalwada is quite convenient, close to main roads. My only worry is the traffic can get quite heavy during peak houin this area. It's a decent residential project, but not really anything spectacular. I think the pricing was a bit on the higher side for what it offe, but since it was ready, I didn't have much room to negotiate. Overall, it serves its purpose for temporary stays and is a known developer.

As teache, we spend most of our day at school and wanted a home that was accessible and comfortable. Nanik Pooja seemed to fit the bill. The location in Khamla, Somalwada is reasonably well-connected. We liked that it was ready to move, so we didn't have to deal with the stress of waiting for construction. The proximity to the Jaiprakash Nagar Metro Station, nearby, is also a bonus for our commutes. The Nanik Group delivered the project on time, which was a relief. Our only slight concern is the road leading to the project can be a bit narrow and congested during peak hou, making access a little tricky sometimes. However, the apartment itself is good value.
