The area around Tatya Tope Nagar is quite accessible, and the Jaiprakash Nagar Metro Station isn't too far either, at nearby. Our main concern is the lack of information regarding completion dates and the Occupation Certificate (OC) status; we need assurance on these fronts for a family home. Also, while the flat layouts are practical, we found the balcony spaces to be a bit smaller than we had hoped for.
