The Shreyas Metro Station is just a short walk away at nearby, and the Airport Road is also accessible within nearby. The project by Nandini Group is currently under construction, with a planned completion date of December 2026. We booked a 4 BHK flat. While the amenities like Children's Play Area and 24x7 Security are good, the price of 2.38 Crore onwards felt a little steep for us, but we managed with our savings. The main concern for us is the dust and noise from the ongoing construction work, which is quite noticeable. We are hoping it settles down once construction is complete.
