We were looking for a comfortable place to settle down and Nandhini Deepa seemed like a good option. The flat is ready to move, which meant we could shift in immediately after purchase without any waiting period. The location in Hulimavu is quite convenient, with essential facilities like Narayana Nethralaya Eye Hospital nearby. It’s also not too far from Bannerghatta Road, which is nearby distant. The building itself seems well-constructed. My only reservation is that the parking space provided feels a bit cramped. Otherwise, it is a peaceful locality for retirement.

I chose Nandhini Deepa because it was ready to move in, which suited my immediate needs perfectly. The location in Hulimavu is quite good, with Narayana Nethralaya Eye Hospital only a short nearby drive away. It’s also reasonably close to Bannerghatta Road, close to the project. Being a single woman, safety and convenience are my top priorities. The developer, Nandhini Builde, has a decent reputation. My only minor issue is the distance to the Kempegowda Bus Station, which is nearby, and the overall connectivity could be better especially for reaching other parts of the city quickly. The airport is also quite far.

I bought a flat at Nandhini Deepa in Hulimavu primarily for investment purposes. The location is decent, being close to Bannerghatta Road which is a developing area. It is ready to move which is a big plus as I don't want to wait for construction. Narayana Nethralaya Eye Hospital is nearby, which could be useful for future tenants. The main road access is okay, but traffic on Hulimavu Main Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, especially heading towards Bannerghatta Road which is nearby. I am hoping the rental yields will be good given the proximity to the hospital and the general growth of the area.

The proximity to Narayana Nethralaya Eye Hospital, nearby, is a significant advantage for the area's accessibility and potential tenant pool. While the project is situated on Hulimavu Main Road, the distance to Kempegowda Bus Station is nearby, which is manageable. The main concern for me is the dust and noise from the ongoing development in the vicinity, which is common in rapidly growing areas like this. However, the developer, Nandhini Builde, seems reputable.
