I considered the 3 BHK option, which is 1450 sq.ft, priced at 37.7 Lakh. The location in Hulimavu is convenient, close to Bannerghatta Road, though reaching the Kempegowda Bus Station takes nearby. The 24x7 security and power backup are standard but necessary features. One thing that could be improved is the parking availability; it seems a bit tight for multiple vehicles. However, the overall construction quality looks solid, and the project has stood the test of time since its completion. It offegood value for money.

After retirement, we wanted a peaceful place to settle down. We chose Aristo Arjun Enclave by Lloyds Realty because it was ready to move. We got a spacious 3 BHK apartment measuring 1450 sq.ft. The total cost was around 37.7 Lakh. The Vastu compliant design was important for my wife. The building has lifts, which is convenient for us now. Hulimavu is a developing area and has good connectivity. Jayadeva Metro Station is also nearby, which will be useful for visiting family. The only thing I find a bit concerning is the lack of readily available bank loan information directly from the developer, we had to arrange that ouelves. But the community feels safe with 24x7 security.
