We are a young couple working in IT and wanted a spacious home. Nand Rain Forest by Dev Corporation seemed like a good option. We looked at the 5 BHK villas which are 4905 square feet built up. The community has a gym and a library, which are great for us. It has been ready to move since 2014, so it's a mature project. The location is okay, close to the S. P Ring Road, but sometimes getting out of Nana Chiloda can take a while during peak traffic. The developer has put in effort with landscaping and tree planting. Power backup is a must for us and they have that. The internal roads are decent.
