    We bought a 2 BHK flat here mostly for the kids. Adah Vidya Mandir is a short distance, which is super convenient for school drop-offs. The construction was completed in December 2022 and it is ready to move in, which was a big plus as we didn't want to wait. The carpet area for the 2 BHK is around 494 square feet, which is decent for our family. The price was within our budget, around 20 Lakh. The clubhouse is nice and the kids enjoy the open spaces. However, getting onto the Mumbai-Bangalore expressway can be a bit of a crawl during peak hou, which is a daily challenge.
