As a plot purchase, it offeflexibility for future construction. The project is ready to move, meaning I can start planning my build immediately rather than waiting for construction to finish. Thiru Y Munavar Hussain is the developer, and they seem reliable. One thing I noticed is that the immediate approach road to the project isn't the best, it’s a bit narrow and could be improved for smoother access, especially during peak houHowever, the essential amenities like 24/7 water supply are present.
