The price point was competitive for Pune, around 50.62 Lakhs. Being in Kadolkolony 2, Talegaon Dabhade, it’s a quieter area which we prefer. The connectivity is good, with Jijamata Chowk Bus Stop a short distance. Nakshatra Buildcon has included rain water harvesting and a sewage treatment plant, which are good environmental features. The parking is closed car parking, which gives us peace of mind. Overall, the flat is comfortable and we are settling in well. The IT parks are a bit of a drive but manageable.
