We finally upgraded from our rental flat to our own home at Nakshatra Nakshatram. We looked at a few options in Talegaon Dabhade and this one stood out because it is ready to move. The 1 BHK configuration is what we needed, with 400 square feet carpet area. It feels spacious enough for our small family. The developer, Nakshatra Buildcon, has provided good amenities like 24/7 water supply and landscaping. Mount St. Ann High School is just nearby, which is convenient for our child. My only concern is the accessibility. While it's near the expressway, reaching the actual project site involves taking a lane that might get dusty during construction phases nearby. We hope the surroundings remain peaceful.

My partner and I just bought our fit flat at Nakshatra Nakshatram in Pune. Being in the IT sector, we wanted something that was connected. It's good that the Mumbai-Bangalore expressway is close by for commutes. We got a 1 BHK which is 400 square feet carpet area, perfect for us as a starter home. The project is ready to move in which was a big plus. We saw the landscaped gardens and the swimming pool, they look nice. The surrounding area is described as peaceful, which is a change from our current rental. However, the PCMC Metro Station is quite far at over 15 kilomete, which might be an issue later. Also, the parking situation seems a bit tight with only open parking mentioned prominently alongside closed parking.

The location in Talegaon Dabhade is peaceful which they will appreciate. The 1 BHK flat has a carpet area of 400 square feet which should be enough space for them. We liked that the project has 24/7 water supply and landscaping. Also, it's good that there is closed car parking available. The only thing I worry about is the distance to Pawana Hospital, it's over 6 kilometeI hope they won't need it often but it's good to have it nearby anyway. Nakshatra Buildcon seems to have decent amenities.

I purchased a 1 BHK flat with a carpet area of 400 square feet. The project is located in Talegaon Dabhade and offepeaceful surroundings, which I was looking for. Nakshatra Buildcon has provided essential amenities like 24/7 water supply and landscaping. The main highway, Mumbai-Bangalore expressway, is easily accessible. However, I noticed that the parking facilities might be a bit limited. While closed parking is available, the open parking areas seem to take up a lot of space. Also, Pawana Hospital is about 6.3 kilometeaway, which feels a little distant in case of an emergency. I am hoping the development around here continues.
