I bought a 4 BHK flat here, which has a comfortable 1095 square feet carpet area. The price of 4.01 Crore onwards is considerable, but for a ready-to-move property from Naiknavare Housing Developements Pvt Ltd, it feels justified. The project location is good, although reaching it requires navigating some internal roads. The proximity to the Mumbai highway, nearby, is useful for travel. I particularly liked the fire protection and safety requirements they have implemented. The surrounding area is developing well.

Public School a short distance was a major factor for us, and Saishree Hospital is also very close. We need to be able to get around easily, so being close to the Mumbai Pune highway is manageable.
