We went for a 2 BHK which has a built-up area of about 1300 square feet. The price was around 90 Lakhs, which fit our budget after some saving. It’s ready to move in, which was a major plus for us as we didn't want the hassle of waiting for construction. The address on Road No. 1, Prem Nagar, is convenient. S S Naidu Builde& Developefinished this project a while ago, in December 2013. The area seems lively, and we are excited about this new chapter.

As a retiree, I sought a peaceful place to settle down. Naidu's Archana Pearl offered a 2 BHK apartment, around 1400 square feet, in West Hyderabad. The price was 98 Lakhs, which seemed reasonable for a ready-to-move-in property. The location on Road No. 1, Prem Nagar, is fairly central. My main concern is the noise from the adjacent lane, which can be quite noticeable during the day. S S Naidu Builde& Developefinished this in December 2013. It's good that it's ready, so we didn't have to wait. The size is adequate for my wife and myself, and we are adjusting to the surroundings.

Moving our family here was a big decision. We needed a 3 BHK and found one in Naidu's Archana Pearl. The built-up area is around 1500 square feet, which gives the kids enough room to play inside. Being on Road No. 1, Prem Nagar, it’s quite accessible. The price we paid was 1.10 Crore. The only downside is that during peak hou, traffic on the main road can be a bit much, which worries us with the kids. We bought it because it’s ready to move in and we didn't want to wait. S S Naidu Builde& Developedelivered this project in December 2013. We hope the proximity to schools works out well for us.

The project was completed by S S Naidu Builde& Developein December 2013 and is ready to move in, which is good for immediate leasing. The location adjacent to Karachi Bakery on Road No. 1, Prem Nagar, is quite recognizable. While the area has potential, the lack of readily available amenity details from the developer is a bit of a concern for future value appreciation. Also, the pricing is at the higher end for this configuration and completion date.

We chose West Hyderabad because it’s closer to our schools. The price was a bit high, coming in at 95 Lakhs, but we felt it was worth it for the location and the size.
