We finally bought our fit home at Nahar Deshna in Thiruvanmiyur. My husband liked that it's ready to move, so we don't have to wait ages. The location on East Mada Street seems good, close to both ECR and OMR which are important for us. We visited the site and the 3 BHK flat looked spacious enough for our growing family. The Nellai Nadar school being nearby is a huge bonus for us as we plan to start a family soon. There was some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but I guess that's normal for Chennai. We are looking forward to moving in.
