Modern Senior Sec School is literally two minutes away, which has been a game-changer for our kids' morning routine. We got a 2 BHK flat, around 950 square feet, which gives us enough room without being too large to manage. The price was reasonable, falling between 40.92 Lakh and 55.39 Lakh. Having 24x7 security provides peace of mind. The only drawback is that the road leading to the project can get quite congested during peak hou, especially near the junction.
