After yeaof renting, we finally decided to buy our own place in Chennai. Kirthika Aavas in Nanganallur caught our eye. We opted for the 3 BHK which has 1520 square feet, giving us plenty of room. It’s great that it's ready to move in, so we didn't have to wait. The price point between 1.08 Cr and 1.37 Cr was manageable for us. We appreciate the children's play area as we have two young ones. The building is on 6th Main Road, which is decent, but sometimes traffic on the nearby highways can be a bit much during peak houWe are happy with the decision so far.

The only slight issue is the parking area seems a bit cramped when more than a few caare there. Overall, it’s a good buy for us.

The price was around 1.10 Cr, which felt reasonable for a fit-time buyer like me. The builde, Sri Kirthika buildepvt ltd, have provided a children's play area and lifts. However, I did notice that the ventilation in the smaller rooms wasn't as great as I had hoped, and it felt a bit stuffy. Still, for a fit home, it’s a decent option.
