The location in Nanganallur is quite accessible, with Prashanth Super Speciality Hospital just a minute away. I also like the jogging track and the rainwater harvesting system. The flat is ready to move, which suited my immediate needs perfectly. The developer, Naaghappa Shelte, has provided good ventilation in the flats. However, the parking space can be a bit challenging if you have a larger vehicle.
