I looked at a 1 BHK with a carpet area of 615 Sq.ft. The price range of 15.23 L to 22.43 L is reasonable for Nashik. The project is ready to move, which was a huge plus as I didn't want to wait. The location near the Mumbai – Nashik Expressway is good for travel. My only slight concern is the lack of information on OC received, but the construction looked complete. It feels like a practical choice.
