The location near Bannerghatta Main Road is quite convenient for us as both our offices are in different directions but easily accessible via the Intermediate Ring Road and Hosur Road. We liked the 2 BHK flat, which has a super built-up area of 15200000 Sq.ft. The price was around 1.5 Crore, which was within our budget. The project has a swimming pool and a gymnasium which we will surely use. The only slight issue is the traffic during peak houon Bannerghatta Road, but that's common in Bangalore. The Vastu compliance was also a plus for my wife.

I bought a 3 BHK flat here, and the size is quite good, ranging from 17500000 Sq.ft to 19500000 Sq.ft. The price is on the higher side, with the highest costing 1.95 Crore, but considering the area and amenities like the tennis court and squash court, it feels justified. The project has essential facilities like 24X7 Water Supply and a Garbage Disposal system. The only downside is that OC was not available, which is a bit concerning, but it's a ready-to-move property from 2013.
