We were looking for something spacious and Myscape Otomo delivered on that. The 4 BHK flat we saw was 4726 square feet, which is huge. The price point is quite high, around 7.09 Crore, but the quality seems good. It is a ready to move property so we could see the actual construction. The location in Financial District is developing nicely, though traffic can be a bit much during peak houMyscape Properties Private Limited seems to have put in good effort with the landscaping and tree planting around the complex, it looks very green. The two apartments per floor is a nice touch for privacy, which is rare these days. We are considering it seriously.

We checked out Myscape Otomo because of its location in the Financial District. The developer, Myscape Properties Private Limited, has designed these large 4 BHK flats, with sizes like 5250 square feet. The cost is significant, starting from 7.09 Crore, but the privacy offered by having only two apartments per floor is a major attraction for us. We also liked the large balconies with a green edge and the general spaciousness. The proximity to Raidurg Metro Station, nearby, is excellent for commuting. While it’s a ready to move project, we did notice the absence of OC received status, which we will need to confirm. The jogging track and gymnasium are also great for our active lifestyle.

The price is quite substantial, around 7.09 Crore, but the amenities like the infinity pool on the terrace and the extensive landscaping look very appealing. It's a ready to move project, which is convenient. A minor point is that the access road could be better, it’s not the most direct route. Still, the idea of a gated community with 24X7 water supply and fire fighting systems is reassuring for someone looking for a secure and comfortable home. The Japanese Shibui philosophy inspired design is also interesting.

Moving from our rental flat, we wanted more space and better amenities. Myscape Otomo has a 4 BHK available that is 5250 square feet, which is more than we imagined needing but we love the room-sized patios for natural light. The swimming pool and gymnasium were big draws for us. The price is definitely at the higher end, going up to 8.07 Crore, but for West Hyderabad and the Financial District, it seems to be the market rate. One concern is the completion date was not available, and OC received status is also missing. We hope Myscape Properties Private Limited has it sorted soon. Overall, it's a good option for families wanting space.
