We were searching for a 2 BHK villa in Kochi, and MYS Lavender Villas in Kuzhivelippady seemed like a good fit for us. Being ready to move in was a huge advantage, as we didn't want to wait for construction. The proximity to Ambattukavu Metro Station, a short distance, is fantastic for our commute to work. We also liked that Thevakkal – NAD Road is easily accessible. The only slight issue we found was that the parking space seemed a bit cramped, especially if we have guests over. However, the overall ambiance and the readiness of the villas at MYS Lavender Villas by MYS Builde& Developemade us proceed.
