We purchased a 3 BHK villa in Confident Atik III I a few yeaago. The built-up area is 2286 sq.ft, which is quite spacious. The project is in Kuzhivelippady, Kochi, and offegood connectivity to major roads. The gymnasium and squash court are facilities I use regularly, and they are well-maintained by Confident Group. The surrounding area has seen development, making it a convenient place to live with schools and hospitals nearby. However, I have noticed that the water pressure can sometimes be an issue during peak usage times, especially on the upper flooIt’s a generally pleasant living experience though.

I bought a 2 BHK villa here last month. It's 1524 sq.ft, which is a good size for me. Being a single woman, safety was my top priority, so the 24x7 CCTV surveillance and the gated community aspect of Confident Atik III I were big draws. The Vastu compliant design also appealed to me. It is quite convenient as Rajagiri Hospital and Vidyodaya School are just nearby. The only thing I found a bit concerning is the dust from ongoing construction on some internal lanes, but I expect that to settle down. The interior spaces are well planned.

We were looking for a villa that was ready to move into and Confident Atik III I fit the bill. We got a 3 BHK villa which is around 2286 sq.ft, plenty of space for our family. The location in Kuzhivelippady is decent, close to the Edappally – Pukkattupady Road. It’s a gated community which gives us peace of mind. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are well-maintained. My only minor issue is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main roads nearby. Overall, it’s a good place to live, feels quite secure and comfortable. The club house is also a nice addition for weekend gatherings.

Moving into Confident Atik III I felt like the right decision after retirement. The 2 BHK villa is 1524 sq.ft, a comfortable size for my husband and me. It's a gated community with good landscaping and tree planting, which creates a very serene environment. The children's play area is nice for visiting grandchildren. It’s reassuring to have 24x7 CCTV surveillance. The proximity to Ambattukavu Metro Station, nearby, is also a plus for occasional travel. The theme park within the project is a unique feature. The only small drawback is that the badminton court could use a bit more upkeep. Overall, it's a peaceful and well-equipped place.
