This is my fit home purchase, so I was a bit nervous. Myco Infra Pvt Ltd's Myco Akibah Heights seemed like a good starting point. I chose a 2 BHK, which has a decent super builtup area between 1062 Sq.ft and 1350 Sq.ft. The price range of 61.48 Lakh to 78.15 Lakh was manageable with my home loan. I liked that it is ready to move. The children's play area is a big plus for future needs. The main concern is the OC not being readily available, which adds a layer of uncertainty for a fit-time buyer.
