Being ready to move in was a huge plus since I could not be there for the entire process. The price range of 39.87 Lakh to 51.94 Lakh felt reasonable for the location. My main concern was the traffic around K R Puram, which can be quite heavy during peak houHowever, the proximity to Sathya Sai Hospital, just a 2-minute drive away, provides peace of mind. MV Buildealso included a gymnasium and a children's play area, which they will hopefully use.
