The 2 BHK flat is a good size at 483 square feet, perfect for me. I also appreciate the 24x7 security and the gated community aspect for peace of mind. The proximity to Sardar Patel Ring Road makes commuting easy to other parts of the city. Overall, the location and amenities seem to fit my needs perfectly for this new chapter.

  I purchased a 2 BHK flat in Murlidhar Heights mainly for its strategic location in Sola, Ahmedabad. Being close to the Sardar Patel Ring Road and Sarkhej-Gandhinagar Highway is excellent for business travel and logistics. The 483 square feet built-up area is efficient. The project offeessential amenities like power backup and 24x7 water supply, which are non-negotiable for me. The gated community setup ensures security. One minor issue is the traffic noise from the nearby main road can be audible at times during peak hou, but it's manageable within the complex. The Murlidhar Heights Llp seems to have focused on practical living.

  We were looking for a home close to Udgam School For Children, and Murlidhar Heights is right there, practically nearby. That was the biggest factor for us. The 2 BHK configuration works well for our family, and the 483 square feet built-up area is comfortable enough. The children's play area is a definite plus for the kids. The only slight drawback is that the immediate surrounding area can get a bit dusty during construction nearby, but we are hoping that will settle down soon.
