Vidyodaya Public School and Adaha Hospital are practically next door. That was a huge factor for me. Devi Prasad Constructions has delivered a finished product, which reduces a lot of the stress for a fit-time buyer like me. The location in Brahmagiri, Udupi is quite accessible. I did notice some dust from the nearby highway construction, which is a bit of a concern, but I am hopeful it will settle down. Overall, it feels like a solid beginning.
