The price was 30 Lakhs, which seemed okay for a fit-time buyer like me. The location in Chitpady is decent, and it's good that the project is ready to move. Having power backup is definitely a plus. The developer, Bharath Infratech, has delivered this project which was completed in May 2014. The only thing I’m slightly worried about is the parking space; it seems a bit tight if more residents bring their caBut for now, it's manageable.
