    We were looking for a ready-to-move property and MS Santiago Nest fit the bill. We bought a 2 BHK unit, carpet area around 550 sq ft. The proximity to Podar International School and Surya Mother And Child Super Speciality Hospital, both at nearby, is a huge advantage for our family. The price range of 62 Lakh to 83.51 Lakh is competitive for this area. My only concern is the traffic on the main roads during peak hou, which can be quite heavy. However, the internal roads within the project are decent. Ms Developehas provided good amenities like closed car parking and a fire fighting system.
