The lush greenery adds to the pleasant atmosphere. The proximity to Be Well Hospital Ambattur is also a comfort. I found the pricing to be competitive given the location and amenities offered by the developer.

We finalized our apartment at MS Charan MM Ambattur about six months ago. The location near Annanur Railway Station is very convenient for my daily needs. I liked the idea of having 24x7 water supply and power backup, which are essential. The developer, M S Charan BuildePvt Ltd, seems to have a decent track record. We looked at a 2 BHK which was around 851 square feet, seemed adequate for us. The greenery within the complex is also a nice touch, makes it feel peaceful. The construction finished in July 2015, so it's ready to move in, which was a priority. Overall, a good experience so far.

The only minor issue is the traffic on Annanur Road during peak houcan be a bit much. Still, happy with the decision.
