Finally booked my fit home at MRG Aahika in Bilekahalli. I was looking for something ready to move and this fit the bill. The 1395 sq.ft 2 BHK seems spacious enough for me and my husband. We liked the cycling track and the swimming pool they have. Being close to Bannerghatta Road is convenient for shopping and general errands. The price was a bit higher than I expected for my fit purchase, around 70 Lakhs, but the MRG Group has a decent reputation. I hope the maintenance charges are not too high later on. Overall, it feels like a good start.

The project offea gymnasium and a children's play area, which is good for future plans. The price point is a bit steep, going up to 2.0 Crore for the larger flats, but the MRG Group seems to have delivered on time before. We did notice some dust from nearby construction, but it’s a developing area.
