    We chose Divya Pristine Paradise primarily for its location. Having ORCHIDS The International School literally 0 kilometeaway was a deciding factor for our children. The 3 BHK flats are a good size, 1800 square feet, giving everyone enough peonal space. The children's play area is well-maintained, and the theme park is a nice touch. We did notice some dust from ongoing work nearby, but it’s not too botheome. The availability of a service lift is also very convenient for moving goods. The proximity to Jayadeva Metro Station is also helpful for commuting.
