This is my fit property purchase, and I chose a 2 BHK in MR Heritage Tower. The carpet area is around 610 sq.ft, which feels sufficient for me. I paid about 65 Lakh for it. The project by Gulmohar greens is ready to move, making the whole process less stressful for a fit-time buyer. I really liked the badminton court and the cycling and jogging track. It’s nice to have these facilities within the complex. The location in Raj Nagar Extension is convenient, being close to Shaheed Sthal Metro Station, which is helpful for commuting. The developer seems reliable, and I am excited to move into my own home soon.
