The 3 BHK apartment is truly huge with 6490.32 Sq.ft of space, which is perfect since we have a large joint family. Mpm Musunoori Developehas been very helpful with answering our questions about the layout. We really love that the N. T. R Bus Station is close by, making it easy for our relatives to visit. Even though it is still under construction, the progress is looking good and we are counting down to February 2027. We did notice that the parking area planning seems a bit tight for such a large building, so we might need to be careful with our vehicle sizes.

The location is quite convenient for me since it is near the Tenali-Mangalagiri Road which makes my daily commute easier. Since I am looking for a spacious home, the 3 BHK apartment size of 6490.32 Sq.ft is honestly massive for a single peon. Mpm Musunoori Developeare building this right opposite the hospital area which is a huge benefit for emergency needs. Construction is currently underway and they are targeting February 2027 for the handover. I just hope the internal design allows for good natural light because the floor plan is quite deep. The dust from the ongoing work near the National Highway 5 side is a bit annoying right now, but that is expected with any under construction project.
