    I shifted to Uma Amaravathi Pride last month. The apartment size of 1082 Sq.ft for a 2 BHK is perfect for my needs since I live alone. It is very convenient being so close to the N. T. R Bus Station which is close to the society. Uma Estates has done a decent job with the finishings in the flat. The location in Mangalagiri is quite peaceful compared to the main city center. My only small concern is that the parking area feels a bit narrow when there are many caparked during the weekend. Otherwise, the surroundings are quiet and it feels like a safe neighborhood to reside in for anyone working nearby.
