We were looking for a spacious flat in Guwahati and MP Palacia Eden caught our eye. The 4 BHK configuration with 1855 square feet super builtup area looked very promising for our growing family. Being right next to Kendriya Vidyalaya Khanapara means no more long commutes for the kids, which is a huge relief. The proximity to Khanapara Bus Stop, a short distance, is also very practical for us. We haven't finalized the purchase yet, but we are seriously considering it. The MP Constructions project seems well-built from what we saw. A slight concern is the traffic during peak houon the main road near Six Mile, but it's manageable.

It is very close to Kendriya Vidyalaya Khanapara, which is a big advantage. I also like that GNRC Hospitals is also right there.
