    We decided to upgrade from our rented flat and Protech Pearl in Six Mile seemed like a sensible upgrade. The Protech Group has a decent track record. We are looking at the 3 BHK flats, and the 1472 Sq.ft size is a good step up for us. The availability of a service lift is a practical touch often missing in many buildings. Having a multipurpose room is also a nice amenity for family gatherings. The location is reasonably good, though getting onto the main G. S Road can sometimes be a bit of a crawl during peak traffic times, which is a bit annoying. Overall, the amenities and the ready-to-move nature make it appealing for our family.
