    We were looking for a property close to the main roads for easy commute and MP Magnus in Kundrathur seemed to fit the bill. It's near the Chennai Bypass which is convenient for travel. The 2 BHK flats are reasonably sized, around 1004 to 1040 square feet. Construction is ongoing and expected to finish by November 2029, which gives us enough time. My only concern is the dust from the ongoing construction, it's quite a lot right now. Hopefully, MP Developewill manage it better closer to completion. The area itself seems to be developing, so that's a positive sign for future appreciation.
