The developer, Kondali Babu Rajendra Prasad, has included good amenities like 24/7 water supply and closed car parking. It's also convenient that the project is ready to move. The location near Gandipet is quiet, which we prefer. However, the main issue for us is the access road; it's close to Rockwell International School, but the road itself is narrow and can be congested during school drop-off and pick-up times. We hope they improve this.
